Refund and Cancellation Policy

Fees for services are payable in advance of your appointment. However, we understand that unexpected situations can arise, making it necessary to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice whenever possible. This allows us to offer the appointment time to other clients who may need support.

Rescheduling

If you reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours in advance, your prepayment will be applied to the new appointment with no additional charge.
If you reschedule less than 48 hours in advance of your appointment, an additional fee of $135.00 will be charged to cover associated administrative costs.

Cancellation

If you cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance, your prepaid fee will be refunded in full.
If you cancel less than 48 hours in advance of your appointment, your prepaid fee will be refunded minus an administrative fee of $135.00.

We understand that unexpected situations can arise, making it difficult to provide advance notice. However:

If you fail to show up for an appointment without notifying us, your prepaid session fee will not be refunded.
If you are late to an appointment, the full prepaid session fee will be retained and your appointment will still end at the time originally scheduled.
